Thanks for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to me for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please message me and I'll get back to you within 18 hours with details on how to process your return or exchange. 

Please allow 1 business day for me to process your return or exchange.

Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned merchandise (box and labels) must be in its original condition.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or I made a mistake.

BAGATELLE is not responsible for lost packages and I cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to me. I'm not responsible for missing packages.


If you need to cancel an order you must message me within 4 hours of when you place your order.
