HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST

• Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone with a paper measuring tape or strip of paper.
• If you are using a strip of paper, then make a mark on it and use a regular ruler to measure your wrist. 

DELIVERY

• BAGATELLE.cat provides free delivery to Omniva parcel machines on all orders for customers from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

• Delivery to other countries is calculated individually depending on the order, country of destination and delivery method.

IMPORTANT

• The colors of stones on the website may slightly differ from real ones due to your display's color settings.
• Some small jewelry details may slightly differ from photos, depending on their availability. If this happens, I will inform you immediately after receiving the order.

QUALITY

• I use 100% authentic natural gemstones, this is my guarantee (no synthetics or imitation stones). 
• If I use laboratory-grown gemstones as accents in some of the jewelry, I write about it directly in the description.
• All received stones are carefully checked, tested and certified by the Latvian Sample Verification Bureau.
• If you need additional authenticity confirmation for a specific product, please let me know. Certification of each individual item will cost in addition.
• HANDMADE with love and care by me in my studio in the heart of Latvia.

PACKING

Your jewelry will arrive in a durable BAGATELLE gift box. I will use different other packing materials in addition to keep it safe during travel. Box will include a jewelry care card & gemstone description. Multiple items may be packed in a single gift box. If you require each item in a separate gift packaging, please send me a message or leave a note.

If you'd like to give this item as a gift, please include the person's name and (optionally) a personal message that will be printed out. It can also be mailed directly to the lucky recipient.

Invoices are only included upon request.

PROCESSING

All products are made based on demand. Although usually I make them quickly enough, please allow 3-5 business days for production. If you need it sooner, please send me a message, I am quick to reply.

Items are shipped from MARUPE, LATVIA via Latvian post or by OMNIVA services (depends on your location). You will receive all the tracking numbers.
